Toby Schifsky: 

For the past 19 years, Toby has been responsible for delivering real estate licensing and continuing education to over 1.2 million individuals across the entire United States. Through trial and error, market research, interviews, and survey work Toby has directed the creation of 150+ different courses, programs, and dozens of groundbreaking education marketing and sales strategies. Today, Toby is the executive director of the education publishing business, Dearborn. Dearborn provides licensing, continuing education, and professional development courses to nearly a thousand educational institutions, brokerages, and associations and directs Kaplan Real Estate Education with full-service real estate schools in 24 states.

She is president of the Business Brokers of Florida, South District, and a licensed real estate broker in Florida. Roberta has received the Deal Maker of the Year award multiple times for the state of Florida and is an 18-time recipient of the prestigious “Million-Dollar Plus” Award. She is also a member of the Association of Professional Merger and Acquisition Advisors, the International Business Brokers Association, the Business Brokers of Florida, the Business Advisory Board, and the Society of Business Analysts. Roberta also serves as an author and materials expert for Dearborn on business brokerage.
