How do I access Errata updates?

Errata updates are located on the Instructor Resources page. No PIN is required to access errata updates. Instructors and students alike have access to this page to receive updates.

I don‘t know who my Account Manager is. How can I get the person’s contact information?

How do I receive the state submittal materials for online courses?

How do I know when products expire or new products are released?

Is my credit card transaction/sale secure on your bookstore?

Yes. Secure Socket Layer (SSL) is used to encrypt your personal information, including credit card number, name, address, and social security number. This information cannot be read as it is transmitted online. SSL is used for all pages through which personal information is transmitted.

What is Dearborn’s return policy?

Dearborn has implemented a graduated return policy, giving you more flexibility. If you are not completely satisfied, return your purchase with your packing slip and order number within 30 days for a full refund. Partial refunds will be granted up to 90 days from purchases. For more information, call 800.972.2220.

  • Full refund for the first 30 days after date of purchase
  • Returns made 31 to 60 days after date of purchase will be refunded at 75% of the original purchase price
  • Returns made 61 to 90 days after date of purchase will be refunded at 50% of the original purchase price

Yes, REcampus is our exclusive online learning platform that makes it easy for any school to expand into real estate distance education. Through REcampus, your school can create a customized, branded site where students can register and take real estate online courses, from licensing and exam prep to continuing education.

How do I update my REcampus site content, logo, or color scheme?

Many areas of your REcampus portal can be customized to meet your school’s needs. Simply contact your Client Experience Manager at 800.958.6707 or by email at salesops@dearborn.com to make these changes.

How do I add or remove available courses on my REcampus site?

Adding and removing courses from your REcampus site can be done by contacting your Client Experience Manager at 800.958.6707 or by email at salesops@dearborn.com.

How do I create/edit my REcampus administrator account?

Administrator accounts can only be created by contacting your Dearborn Client Experience manager at salesops@dearborn.com. Once created, account details can be edited under the myAccount tab in the left navigation (when logged in).

How do I recover my REcampus username and password information?

On your REcampus login screen, click the Forgot username/password link and follow the directions provided.

I am a school administrator and need help with my REcampus site (e.g., managing the users, enrolling a student, adding portal resources, generating reports on my REcampus site).

How do I set up my account on Vital Source (eBooks)?

What is the refund/return policy for eBooks?

To request a refund for an eBook, please contact our customer service team at 800.972.2220. Dearborn’s return policy for eBooks is the following:

  1. For any codes that have NOT been redeemed, a full refund will be provided if processed within 30 days of the purchase. No refunds will be processed following the 30-day period.
  2. For any redeemed codes, a refund can be processed within seven days of purchase. Please note: a 5% admin fee will be charged for any redeemed codes. No refunds will be processed following the seven-day period.
