Browser Type and Version Google 1.0  N! A browser is the software that enables you to view web pages on your computer. To use the online courses, you must download an updated browser, namely, Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 and above, or Netscape Navigator 4.0 and above.
To upgrade Microsoft Internet Explorer, go to http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie. For Netscape Navigator, go to http://www.netscape.com/computing/download.

Each website provides very detailed instructions for how to download an updated browser. Don’t worry about losing any of the settings (e.g., bookmarks) you have already established, as the download process will not overwrite them.

Platform Unknown  N! At this time, our courses are only available for 32 bit Windows-based computers. (i.e. Windows95/98/2000 or WindowsNT)
Java Enabled False  N! Java refers to a software component built into the browser. To enable Java on your computer’s browser, proceed through these steps:
