IMPORTANT COURSE INFORMATION—READ BEFORE BEGINNING

All Students:

Please be aware of the following things that could impact your ability to successfully complete your course:

1. NEVER use your Web browser's Back and Forward buttons, which are located at the top of the screen. Instead, use the Previous and Next buttons located at the bottom of the screen to move within a lesson.
2. Do not use the AOL browser. If AOL is your Internet service provider, minimize your AOL browser and then use Internet Explorer to launch your course.
3. Remove any spyware or adware from your computer and turn off your pop-up blocker while you are in your course. Please contact Technical Support at (888) 213-5124 or REtechsupport@dearborn.com if you have any questions about these items.
4. Your online course will include an online final exam if required by the state for which you are taking the course. To receive credit for your course, you must complete all exams listed in the course menu.
5. “For Professional Development Only” or “Approval Pending” products and courses are not approved or offered for credit. They are intended solely for professional enrichment.
