This course addresses the New York real estate salesperson curriculum and covers what students need to know to prepare for their state exam and their real estate practice. Students will gain a better understanding of not only residential real estate, but commercial real estate as well. New in this version is a change in course structure: structure changed from reading assignment, T/F, interactives, unit exam, to our “chunked” style which breaks each unit into multiple topics, and each topic has its own learning objective, T/F questions, and possibly practice activities/OnDemand videos.
